Can the deadline for submission of the executed MNDA be extended?
The MNDA submittal deadline has been removed. The final document submission of May 31st has not changed.
Will you consider start dates in advance of 2029?
Yes, BREC is open to projects with an earlier in-service date.
What start date are you seeking for a PPA?
The summer of 2029, June 1st for PY 2029/2030, is preferred but other in-service dates are acceptable.
Do you want all attributes as part of the PPA (Energy, Capacity, RECs, any other attributes) or just Energy and Capacity?
Yes, this can be found in the RFP document under section 4.1.9.1, while this is not under the PPA section, this would still hold true for a PPA
What land options are available on BREC property to site new generation resources?
Big Rivers would consider new generation resources to be located at any of these sites: Sebree, Wilson, or Coleman. Big Rivers will only consider proposals on BREC owned property if it is for a Build Transfer Agreement and not a PPA.
Will Big River's consider new generation resources on Greenfield sites?
Big Rivers will consider new generation resources on Greenfield sites that are close to the Sebree Plant, Wilson Plant, or Coleman Plant.
Can Big Rivers extend the Proposal Submission deadline?
Yes, Big Rivers has extended the proposal submission to June 8th 5:00 PM CDT.
